Holiday Homes "Felix" and "Beate"

Since 2009 there are two more holiday homes available in Pollonia: House "Felix" and House "Beate" (to rent on a weekly basis).
The two houses are located close to our House Christo.

Each of these houses can accommodate a maximum of 9 persons (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and is suitable for a holiday for two families together with children or a large group of friends. There is a big kitchen/sitting room, a shady veranda entrance, balconies and a huge roof-terrace with view of the sea and sunsets.

The four bedrooms are all located at different levels, the upper two have air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided, so you don't need to bring them with you. Apart from this the houses are self-catering.

Both houses are situated opposite House Christo

July or August: 160 EUR
(Extra person 15 EUR)
otherwise (April-October): 105 EUR
(Additional person 10 EUR)
Cleaning on departure: 10 EUR per person
