Prices and Services
All our rental accommodation is self-catering. It is cleaned before the arrival of the guests and to be kept clean by the guests during their stay. Bed linen and two towels per guest are included as well as kitchen towels. Check-in is from 3 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.
Each house may only be occupied by the agreed number of persons, pets are not allowed. Costs for electricity and water are included, careful use of water and energy required. Tenants agree to treat the house and equipment carefully and report any damage immediately. They are liable for damage caused by improper use. Garbage should be disposed of by the tenants in the public rubbish bins. Toilet paper is - as is common in Greece - thrown into a bucket and dumped in the garbage.
The houses are (deliberately) not equipped with television. But there are good reading lamps at each bed, and you can borrow books and board games. Air conditioning is only available where it is explicitly stated in the description. (There is a reason for this, see: A few words about the climate). Fresh bed linen and towels are available for a fee, as is an external washing machine. (Tenants of the rooms in House Christo or the apartment in Tripiti get fresh linen on request, free of charge once a week.)
The holiday homes are mainly rented on a weekly basis, preferred changing days are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please check dates by email. The rooms in House Christo are rented also for shorter stays and regardless of weekdays; there is a price reduction of 15% for stays of one week or more. (Only for the rooms, not for the houses or the Tripiti apartment!)
Bookings are firm after payment of 25% of the total rental fee. The remainder of the rental fee must be paid no later than 30 days before planned arrival, unless otherwise agreed, non-payment by this date is considered as cancellation by the tenant.

Costs of cancellation
- 90 days or more prior to the intended arrival - payment of 10% of the total price is required
- 89 to 30 days prior to the intended arrival - payment of 25% of the total price is required
- 29 to 15 days prior to the intended arrival - payment of 50% of the total price is required
- 14 days to 1 day prior to the intended arrival - payment of 75% of the total price is required
- on or after the day of the intended arrival - payment of 100% of the total price is required
