Important: We do confirm every request we get. So if there is no answer, maybe we have not got your mail (somehow strange, but is has happened before.) In this case please phone us.
One more request: sometimes it takes a while to organize a trip by yourself. That's why we usually keep requested rooms some time to enable flight booking etc. You might take it for granted, but please, after a request, tell us if your plans have changed or you have chosen another place to stay. Thus we know that we can offer the room to somebody else. (As all our rooms are different, the situation is more difficult than usual.) Thank you!
